Glenalmond’s school production of We Will Rock You, performed from the 27th to 29th November, has been hailed as a tremendous success, filling the theatre with excitement, energy, and classic Queen anthems for three unforgettable nights.

From opening night, the production created a real buzz across campus, drawing enthusiastic audiences of pupils, staff, families, and friends. Each performance showcased the incredible talent and hard work of our cast and crew- and the final night concluded with a well-deserved standing ovation.

The cast delivered confident, polished and passionate performances throughout the run. Standout moments came from Phoebe G, Josh M, Savva S, Rosie L, Natalia J and Niamh S, whose vocals and stage presence brought the music and story vividly to life. Their commitment and professionalism shone brightly every night.

The show was staged under the expert leadership of Head of Drama Mr Milarvie and drama teacher Ms Kirk, whose creativity and dedication enabled the production to reach exceptional heights. Huge thanks also go to the backstage teams- the pupils and staff responsible for lighting, sound, costumes and set design- whose behind-the-scenes work was essential in bringing the production together so seamlessly.

Following three nights of packed audiences, thunderous applause and glowing feedback, We Will Rock You will be remembered as one of Glenalmond’s most uplifting and memorable productions in recent years.
