Six OGs shot at the Veterans on the 14th July, so we were able to field one team of five (score out of 50 included in brackets below):
We were 30th in the Veterans Match with a total score of 227.
Andrew Sturrock made a brief eulogy on the range for both Colin McEachran and John Gilmour (previous President of the OGRC), who both died this year and we toasted them for ‘a good life lead well lived and their contribution to shooting and the OGRC’.
After the shooting was over, we held a OGRC dinner in the Army Clubhouse, kindly arranged by Andrew Sturrock. In addition to the above, the following also attended the dinner:
